RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. OVERVIEW

At FORMULA JACKETS LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), we take immense pride in the engineering, quality, and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive 30-Day Return & Refund Guarantee subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made directly through formulajackets.com (the “Site”).

3. 30-DAY RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return, refund, or exchange, your item must fulfill the following mandatory requirements:

Return Window: You must initiate your return request within 30 calendar days from the confirmed date of order delivery.
Item Condition: Returned products must be in their original, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, scent, perfume, or damage will not be accepted.
Packaging and Tags: Items must be returned in their original protective packaging with all official brand hangtags, labels, and accessories fully intact.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or order confirmation receipt is required for processing.

Note: Returns that do not meet these criteria will be rejected and returned to the sender at the customer's expense.

4. RETURN PROCEDURE & AUTHORIZATION (RMA)

To ensure smooth processing at our logistics hubs, all returns must follow our formal authorization process:

Request Approval: Contact our Customer Support Team at support@formulajackets.com with your order number, receipt, reason for return, and photographs of the item (if damaged or defective).
Receive RMA: Upon review and approval, our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with designated return shipping instructions and destination warehouse details.
Ship the Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RMA form inside the parcel, and ship it to the provided address.

Important: Do not send items back without an official RMA number. Unauthorized returns cannot be identified or processed.

5. REFUND PROCESSING AND TIMELINES

Inspection: Once your returned package is delivered to our fulfillment facility, it will undergo a physical quality control inspection (typically completed within 2 to 4 business days).
Refund Approval: Following inspection, you will receive an automated email notification informing you whether your refund has been approved or declined based on item condition.
Credit Settlement: Upon approval, your refund will be processed immediately to your original method of payment (credit card, debit card, or digital payment provider). Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your financial institution to post the funds to your account.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is caused by a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error on our part.

6. EXCHANGES (SIZE OR STYLE)

If you require a different size or wish to exchange your item for another model:

Contact support@formulajackets.com within 30 days of delivery specifying the desired replacement size or style.
Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If the requested replacement item is out of stock, a standard refund or store credit will be offered.

7. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We inspect every product prior to dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, manufacturing-defective, or incorrect item:

You must notify our team within 48 hours of delivery at support@formulajackets.com.
Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos/videos showing the defect or damaged packaging.
Upon verification, FORMULA JACKETS LLC will provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue an immediate replacement or full refund (including original shipping fees).

8. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customer Responsibility: Except in cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled items, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the item to our logistics warehouse.
Trackable Shipping: We strongly advise using a trackable courier service (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL) and purchasing shipping insurance. FORMULA JACKETS LLC is not responsible for returned parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged during return transit.

9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders enter our automated fulfillment queue rapidly. If you wish to cancel an order after placing it, you must contact support@formulajackets.com within 1 hour of placement. Once an order has entered processing or shipping, it cannot be canceled and must be handled as a standard 30-day return upon delivery.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Return & Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
